CREATING A USER LOG-IN
In order to submit a repair request you must first create a user log-in. This is a new system to most of you.
You will only need to create this log-in once so please bear through the process. In the long run it will make repairs easier to track and manage.
To create a log-in you will need your tenant account number and the social security number associated with your tenant account to verify your identity. This will
allow you to create a username and password to be able to log-in and create repair requests. Please complete the following
steps to create your log-in credentials:
1) Search for your tenant account number.
